I have an Android, Optimus L9, so it is better than the 4.0, right?
So why can't I view or record videos on Instagram? (check this out if you haven't heard about it: http://blog.instagram.com/post/53448889009/video-on-instagram)
If I need an update, they are not letting me do that...in my apps it says it is up to date...
Please help!!

go to the app store type in instagram and it should say update if it doesnt your phone may not be good enough. btw please check out my question, i need help!!!
