I have about 450 followers on instagram but about half are like shoutout pages. How can I get real people following me. Also how do I get likes. I average about 30 but some my friends get like 100. I know about hash tags and stuff like that already. I need other ideas that can help me. Like maybe people I should follow to get more followers. Tell me how you guys get all your followers and likes. Thanks for the help

As for the likes, just use an app called tags for likes and you can get a lot of likes!
