I don't have the app i just get on the internet
And post pics and comment but i cant post videos why? Is there a way?

Just upload it the way you upload a picture.
What stage you're in when you said you can't upload a video?
You might also find it easier if you upload your video to You Tube and then share it from there to your FB, or copy & paste the URL to FB.
