I tag friends in my photos but i want to hide the tags.No one can see please tell me the procedure.

You want to tag friends, but the friends nor anyone else know? You can't, unless you re-upload. the picture as a private photo and then tag.
If you mean you don't want it to say "With NAME, NAME, and NAME" in the description then just delete the text after tagging.
