The best thing to do is create a new account and find your old one then have a look for your email then all you have to do is request a new one

If you don't know either one it is impossible to get back on Facebook. You can go to their web page and type in your user name and then click forgot password. They send you an email to the address you have given them for email. If you don't know that, you are out of luck.

Send a password reset email
1. Tap Username or Email and search for your account by entering either your username or the email address you used to create your account
2. Tap Send a Password Reset Email
3. Click the link in the password reset email sent by Instagram to create a new password
4. Reset through gmail or yahoo etc..

go to forgot password..after that type in your fb user name..then follow the steps
