Hash tags!
Put hash tags on every photo you put for example:
#girl #instahot #pictureoftheday #followmeifollowback
etc. also, like pictures of famous instagramers with a lot of followers and follow lots of people that follow back. Ill follow you when I charge my iPad, haha.

I agree with Kenan's answer. Or perhaps take a picture of 'weed'. People enjoy that.
