open fb... at the down side of the page there is link...create a page
or if u r using by mobile then search 'create fb page'' on google...open first link n get started...

1.Log in to your account,
2.Go here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/create/
3.Choose the desired category which you want
4.And follow the instructions by them.
