Facebook messaging, how to get rid of messages? - Adam - 01-18-2014 08:00 AM

I've been messaging someone on Facebook and I wanted to delete the messages, I want to get rid of them completely so they can't see them anymore, is there anyway to do that, if I block them can they stil see the messages, deactivation or deleting, what do I do?

You cannot delete messages so that the other person you messaged can't see them. If you delete the messages, it's only deleted under your account.

If you block the person, you guys won't exist to each other at all, so technically the message will be deleted as well. Deactivation basically closes your FB to all your friends, so that wouldn't be the best solution.

If you delete your account then your messages will disappear from the other accounts, but their messages will be there.
