Are the list of "friends" random or the people who view that person's facebook page the most?
For example: If I clicked on my list of friends and names like Christina, Jenny, Katie, Max, Henry etc. popped up...would that mean they view my page the most? Or is it just random?

It should be random since Facebook can't reveal who views your profile. If at all, it could be people you interact with more or people in specific "lists" (family, close friends, etc)
