First log into your Facebook, Then go to http://www.facebook.com/about/timeline

Find a friend that has the timeline already and you should see dialogue at the top of their page with a green button that says something to the effect of "Get timeline now"

I just typed Facebook timeline into google and the right page just popped up. You do have to be in a pc/laptop for it to work.

clear your cache, then go here

then click the green button at the bottom
you can go here to learn how to set it up

if you dont see the button, try a different browser - if that doesnt work either, that means you just have to wait for it
