go on someones profile who has timeline and click on the upper right the green button that says get timeline now. I dont know why u want timelines its useless and confusing tho.

I absolutely hate it in my opinion.
But I went to Mark Zuckerbergs Profile and it said somewhere in the top 'GET TIMELINE NOW!'
But I strongly suggest you do not get it!
For your own sake
Its pointless, the old profile was better...
