if we have a online store in UK and we want to promote it in USA and wants that its sales will be increased so how we will achieve this plz helps me ASAP

there several ways:
Paid ads: most social media have this function and help you target your audience on specific country.
Friends and Fan groups: this is free but spend more time. You can ask friends to visit your website or open up a discussion in Group with a backlink to your website.
Harvest email: illegal spamming. some people actually buy emails from 3rd party or harvest email through software.
