Facebook privacy settings? - 762 - 02-18-2014 11:35 AM When I post a comment on someone's Facebook wall, that comment shows up both on the "news feed" page and also shows up on my own profile page as "[my name] wrote on [friend's name]'s wall." Is there a way to change my privacy settings so that this doesn't happen without completely blocking all my friends from everything on my wall? In other words, I don't my friends to go to my profile page and see a list of all the people on whose pages I've commented. - Abbey - 02-18-2014 11:41 AM I feel for you. I hate when my friends can see all of that. Unfortunately, I don't think there's a privacy setting for that. All I do is 'remove' it from my wall each time I comment something. - L i v i♥ - 02-18-2014 11:49 AM As far as I know there is not any way to change this. I've basically put my profile on lock down, but I haven't found a privacy feature to block comment from going onto the news feed. - Jackson of Trust!! - 02-18-2014 11:57 AM Yes you can do that.....There is a privacy lock just left to the "Post" sign. You can customize who can or cannot see specific status updates u make. Just click on it and chose those to whom u want ur status to be shown. Same technique for every kind of status update. |
