Does this app really work because I do admit that I stalk people and 1 person in particular, and noticed he added this app. I was wondering does this really work, because if it does I'm in big trouble lol. I know FB has had other apps like this and they did not work (with the exception of 1 or 2 but those were quickly removed). I also understand that Facebook does have a privacy policy and it would be against the rules of Facebook to give out profile viewing information but I am just looking for reassurance

Nope, doesn't work
Like you said, they violate Facebook's strict privacy rules, so Facebook would never actually allow them. Don't worry! No digital footprints will be left when you visit someone's profile.
