I have a twitter and i don't have many followers..

Start following random popular people for example, eminem, hollywood undead, skrillex, etc... Usually the more popular people will sometimes put "follow me and i will follow you" or "follow me and get tons of followers"
The more people you are following the more people you will get to follow you.
