I just found one of my old twitters from about 2 years ago and it is extremly embarresing what i tweeted. i forgot my email passwords because i used to make a new email for everything.. so can someone please help me it would mean the world to me

First you recovery your email by mobile number/ phone number / date of birth verification. Then recovery your twitter account by the mail account.
