That will be a great way to stop people from cheating on welfare by establishing multiple fake identities and collecting multiple welfare checks and serial welfare checks when their benefits run out.

Seems to work well in America's popular Casinos who currently use that technology.

It wouldn't be 1986, it would only have cameras all ready installed in big cities, airports and sensitive areas where you could use special mug shots within a database of terrorist, child molesters, serial killers and anyone known to be a danger to be within close view when they are out and about.

Sounds kind of smart.
