The Problem is lack of Backlinks. Create More Backlinks from good websites. surely your site will get listed in alexa.

Alexa Rankig is purely based on visitors... It isn't necessarily a reflection of anything else. So basically, get more views! If you want more views short-term, do off-page SEO or any sort of guerrilla marketing you can creatively think of. Long term, you want to get your organic visits (through search engines) up by doing SEO. Social media would help you out in both cases... Get that PageRank up and your site's Alexa Rank will go up exponentially quicker than our domain age!
