first of all start putting ur questions in the right category...

Start making a good profile and fill out your bio with some information about who you are and what you like. If people don't anything about you why should they follow you? It is also important to upload a picture so people have something unique to know you by. You could also upload you own customized background. When all that is done start following some people you like or people that like the same stuff you do. Start tweeting and they followers will slowly start to find you. It takes time but try to connect with other people that will help.
