People saw this post means that they "saw" it, didn't mean they read it .The post just appeared on their timeline. That's it, Now there are two types of people saw this, it's either organic or viral. Organic means people who like your page, while viral means friends of your fans. No, it doesn't mean they liked it.


Reach means the same this, weekly total reach like what is the number of people it reached, the posts reached their timeline, People talking about this is people liked it or commented on it. That's it.

What do you mean by Facebook group wall? You made a group too? Yes if you keep posting same things everywhere it is repetition, if you copy paste the link it won't show the likes. You have to share it,

No, it's not a good idea to tag people, they might get annoyed and unlike you. I'd block you.

Clicking Like under something you or a friend posts on Facebook is an easy way to let someone know that you enjoy it, without leaving a comment. Just like a comment though, the fact that you liked it is noted beneath the item.
