it's not funny. your in iran. obviously a risk with the country rules. but same issue for me in our office have blocked facebook from 8.30 to 6.00 pm. so actually id all so like to know when the blocked a site like that, how do we can enter the site.

Try using some proxies. Web-based or HTML doesn't really matter. Just saying but have you actually tried using google with the question? Not to mention it was asked over and over again. Tho you should know that using facebook is against the law in Iran and even if you do get to bypass it, the webmaster will know about that.

There are plenty of proxies and VPN services out there but a large amount of the bigger more well known domains are getting blocked in the Middle East now so you are best searching for a smaller site that carries out the same function that is not blocked. Free VPN Proxy is unblocked and works fine here for unblocking other websites and geo restricted content.
