I THINK IT HAS NOT A SECOND SEASON BECOUSE THERE IS NOT MORE SPACE TO THE STORY TO DEVELOP.

Apparently, kaichou wa maid-sama is not getting a second season. Season two is nothing but a rumour without any evidence to back it up.
But a facebook page claims that the second season will air on the April 27.

maybe you'v found wrong info. there's nothing to do in the second season if there were to be one. the story has been developed to the end.

I think that the season 3 anime of La Corda Doro is coming out in April, but I havent heard of any other popular anime that are being released around that time
