Actually your condition isn't made clear in your question. Make it clear that your mail id concerning to the facebook account isn't dead. If you didn't log in to the email account for a very long since its possible to be dead. And I think you didn't log in to your facebook account for a long since too. For that case you may log in with your mobile no through a facebook mobile (if your facebook profile have a verified mobile no) and then change your email id to a new one.
