i can see it but they cannot!!!! why is that! i think it looks stupidddd to have tagged pics there! so i went to fbanners.com and no one can see my banner when i click on my profile i can see it but my facebook friends cannot!

You'll have to go to your Facebook Privacy Settings and edit the settings for tagged images, allow them to be viewed by "everyone" or "friends". Then, you can go to http://glbanners.com/ and install a Facebook Banner to try it out and it should work.
