okay I know that when somebody has their facebook synced with their phone it will be in your contact list. This question is regarding if they do NOT have their number on facebook, can you still sync their facebook with their contact info in your phone?

The LG Ally is a Verizon smartphone running the Android operating system. The official Facebook application for Android allows you to sync your Facebook friends list with the contacts list on your Ally. Syncing updates the contacts on your Ally with pictures, email addresses and other information from Facebook, and you can choose to create new contacts for Facebook friends who are not already in your Ally's contact list.
Tap the "Market" icon in your Ally's application launcher to open the Android Market. Touch the "Search" button and search for "Facebook."

Tap "Facebook for Android" in the results list, tap the "Free" button and tap "OK" to download the application from the Market and install it on your Ally.
3.Drag the notification bar to the bottom of the screen. Then tap the "Facebook for Android" notification to launch the application. Tap the "I agree" button to agree to the application's end-user license agreement.

Enter the email address and password associated with your Facebook account and tap "Login."

Select the "Sync all" radio button to sync all of your Facebook friends with your Ally, or select the "Sync with existing contacts" radio button to sync only those Facebook friends who already appear in your Ally's contact list. Tap "Finish" to sync your contacts.
