Very unlikely.
It's very unlikely DC or Warner Brothers would hire someone with such a key role in a Marvel franchise to play one of their key roles.
Though its worth noting at this point that there are NO plans for another Green Lantern movie after how bad the last one was. He's RUMOURED as being in the Justice League movie, but he's not been confirmed, and nothing has been announced on casting yet.

No, so far.
While Elba said on Twitter he likes the idea of him playing the Green Lantern John Stewart, there is no confirmation from Elba or DC he will play the character.
