About the limited profile on facebook,
*will the person be able to see that I've put them on limited profile?
*how do you put someone on limited profile? (I can't seem to find the option)

No the person will not know that you have put them on limited profile.
You can put them on limited profile when you click "Add To Friends"... use the drop box with the options and you click the one that says "limited profile."

The limited profile works differently with ther new facebook. You'll need to click "friends" at the top, and in the uppoer left corner there is a "friends lists" link, and an option to create a list.
Add friends to this list (you can name it 'limited profile' if you'd like). Then go to your "settings" and "privacy settings." From there, you can adjust what people can and cannot see while in your limited profile list.
This is actually a little better than the old way, because you can have multiple lists with different resrtictions.
And no, your friends will not have any way of knowing that they are in a limited friends list.
