Am a Kenyan and currently I don't have a best friend, i have friends but not best friend since my best friend is not around I cant seem to reach her via phone so I kinda feel lonely

Join a club that indulges in something you are interested in. Humans are very associative, and create strong bonds through common ground. It's a great way to meet new people. There are many different clubs in every city/town. Perhaps if you looked at your local events listings via the internet or post-boards, especially near educational facilities, you could find groups that you could join. You could also enroll in some sort of class that interests you. Lots of meeting opportunities there. Also, if it is within your comfort zone, the bar isn't a bad place to meet people either.
