My close circle of friends and family aren't readers. On top of that, I'm writing a fantasy novel and that's not really their taste.
My question would be: where can I find quality beta readers?

You can't. Unless you're paying for it, you're just gonna end up with people who don't know good from bad and have no useful input.

You can go to websites, blogs, Facebook groups, etc. where readers of fantasy novels are. Ideally you would like to find an avid reader of fantasy as they will be in the best position to critique your writing.
