Why is Jodi Arias allowed on social media? - Brad - 02-19-2014 12:24 PM She has just been convicted of First-Degree Murder more than a week ago, and yet she's posting all kinds of jargon on Twitter. At this point, I don't even consider her to be an ordinary citizen. I don't think people like her deserve to publicly express their narcissistic BS by any means. Is she legally entitled to use social media? Btw I am aware that Jodi isn't directly tweeting anything, and that she is telling someone else (via telephone) is to do so on her behalf. But really it's still Jodi Arias. - SÃdhe - 02-19-2014 12:25 PM There is someone posting on her behalf. It is not her personally. UPDATE: So, your question is if someone -- who is not in jail and has not committed any crimes (and probably her lawyer or a family member) -- is allowed to use social media on Arias' behalf. The answer, obviously, is yes. |
