From a consumer perspective...What do you feel is missing from social media?
For example: A better way to connect with BRANDS or SELLERS or a better way to get rewarded for my content I provide, etc.
Not a trick question. What would need to be offered to you to make the switch from say "Facebook"? What are your consumer needs?

is this a trick question? The last thing people want to see on social networking sites is ads and banners. We are there to connect with our friends and family, not to go shopping!

A lot of stuff
