Okay so I can't connect my phone to my laptop, the reason is that my laptop has virus and I don't want my phone to be infected... Photos are the only thing I need in the phone. Will my photos that is synced in my Facebook be deleted on Facebook after reformatting it or it will stay?

No it Wont Be Deleted Once its Recorded on Facebook it Stays Formatting your Phone Will Not Effect That

if it has been posted to Facebook then no need to worry about that. That all are safe in Facebook, and you can download again from Facebook for future use.
