Might be getting this phone, but if I do I'm only getting the web+email data plan, not unlimited data. Does the web+email data plan include using the facebook app for free, or does it cost? Will I need to actually go to my browser and go to facebook from there?
Also, does not having the unlimted, but Web+and Email, mean that like talking and texting, I only would have so many minutes or download amount on the web? Cause at first I thought it meant I could do certain data things unlimted, but I couldnt do others at all?

It's the same thing. Fascinate's an Android phone. You can use the browser or the app. There's not distinguishing between the two. Using the "web" means using the Internet, app or browser.
