with the advent of facebook, twitter, and youtube, it has become much easier to express discontent with the regime the citizens live under

also, social media allows people to read about ideas floating around in the other parts of the world and encourages people to question the governments they live under especially if they have experienced injustice

Social media nowadays are use for different purposes whether marketing a products, condemn particular issues, building relationship with other people, and simply complaining about certain products or company. This field also catches the attention of the Government and even the Pope acknowledge the significant contribution of social media. Think about it how powerful social media can influence people which possibly can influence to change terrible governments.
