hey, i just recently made another facebook account and have a good 700 friends on my account which id really love to add to my new account, quickly..
is this possible?

Not automatically, no.
Only way is to add it person by person..which can be painful, especially if its 700 friends!
Why did you make another facebook account anyway? Did you just want to change your name? If so, you can do that here https://register.facebook.com/editaccount.php
