This is the second one made and it is harassing me and causing many problems in my family. Will the police work with facebook and tell me who made it?

no, the police arent going to do anything unless there is proof that a serious crime has been committed, and creating a fake account to harass you isnt a very serious crime

If you make a formal report to the police, they can contact Facebook, and Facebook can work with the ISP of the person who's harassing you to track them down.
Their identity will be disclosed after the police investigation is complete.

Not unless you file a report with a reasonable reason for investigation. Citing metal trauma may be a way to do it.
