I have a dance account and I want to feature dancers in it, how do I create my own hashtag?

I guess you mean "trending" hashtag. Well trending is OK but im sure you dont want to be a 15 minute trend. Just come up with a catchy hashtag for your dancers like #BestDanceEver and use it in every tweet. You clients and fans will be able to find you because you have created a unique tweet focusing on your dancers.
