1.go to the top right corner of thepage where the home and profile tabs are located and click account
2.go down to account settings
3.at the bottom of this page you will see deactivate account.click it.

Go to https://ssl.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account
After going through the deletion process, it will take another 14 days for your account to be completely and permanently deleted. Do not login during those 14 days, on the 15th day your account will be gone permanently.
