who to host with, coding...stuff like that

details please. google is the best bet. lots of hosts out there for simple pages like these, but you need it to be up 24/7. but why do you want to make something like that anyway? theres literally millions of fb like sites in the internet,

Its Not An Easy Thing you have to Learn About the HTML language which is very complicated to learn if you do not understand HTML you are not going to get anywhere it stands for hyper text mark up language first i would google some tutorials on HTML once you get a better understanding of it than go to godaddy.com and you can purchase your own url and all that etc hope i helped
