me and my band want to make an advertisement to get noticed but we don't have a website or anything like that please help

you need to start networking. make facebook, purevolume, myspace, twitter, etc. to get your band's name out there. then, just start off by getting people interested in your music and then you can start playing shows and all that if you want. i dont exactly know what you mean by "advertisement". I believe that having several social networking sites is CRUCIAL to your band's growth. good luck.
