I follow some of my favorite celebrities but they don't follow me back.
When I reply to their tweets can they see my replies?
Can celebrities who don't follow me back see my replies to their tweets?
Do my replies to their tweets go to their direct message box?

Yes they can read what you put, if you put "@." in frount of their username. it goes traight into their reply box.

only if you send them a DM will it only then get sent to their inbox but if your just retweeting something it wont.
