so like i've been wanting to make my own website for ages but i dont know how
so how can i?
and i've heard that the makers of facebook is going to make people pay £5 a month to use facebook or £20 for a year too use it
is that true

facebook is free and always to be.
if you wanna make your own website, you must learn web programming (w3schools.com) or know about ready script like wordpress (wordpress.org), joomla (joomla.org), phpbb (phpbb.org) and etc.

Making website is easy. Simply use a free software such as Microsoft Frontpage or an online site builder. But making websites that works is different. Anyway CMS like Wordpress, Drupal and Joomla made it a lot easier. You too can create your own website by using those free CMS. Want to try? Read some online resources, install a local server such as wampserver on your computer. Create, test and learn. Once you are confident that you can handle a live site, buy a domain & hosting space. Launch your site. No need to spend huge sum on developers. Your site will be up and live for just $20-30 per year.
Your Facebook question? That's a hoax. In case you don't know, Facebook is already making us pay by displaying all those advertisements. They can't risk their business by starting to charge a monthly fee.
