It's my birthday tomorrow. How do I send everyone on my friends list a notification?

You don't need to, my friend. Facebook will already have sent out notifications to the friends/contacts that you have. (They normally send them out indicating that these friends have birthdays in the coming week.)

Don't want to do anything.it will be automatically display in their notifications area.make sure your birthday is 'public'.

go to your profile and make your date of birth public.
