Well ever since i got it, i have had more arguments, but it is easier to make plans with so it isnt all bad.

Well I find it a complete waste of time if you use it too much. Its the most easy way to loose your privacy. Recent research showed that it can make you envious and your life miserable. I can give you some links.

I used to be obsessed with Facebook like literally go on it all day on my laptop when I didn't have my phone with fb on it and I would just keep refreshing the page over and over when there was no new updates. I do go on it on my phone a lot now as its a good way to interact with people but sometimes it does annoy me as I have tons of meaningless random statuses from friends I hardly even know... But yeah it has got me in trouble in the past from leaving it open and my mam reading like all my messages and she found out so much stuff that i did and I got in so much trouble so it's better to discuss private things in person tbh:/ but yea it is good and bad I think and I think many people are a addicted to it
