I want to join a closed group without it appearing on my news feed or fb page and no one besides the people in the group knowing I'm in that group. How can I do this?

ya firstly change your settings show activity to only me then join group

If its a Closed Group People Wont Know That your in the Group Unless They Have Joined The Group As Well But if They Have Joined the Group There is No Way to Stop Them From Knowing Unfortunately
