Well, it's probably because you're not very well known, thus your videos have lower views, and then that leads to your video having lower page rank. People are not going to flip all the way to the 20th page just to check out a video.
I'd make a Twitter account, name it Follow_Back_11 or something like that and start following a BUNCH of random people. They will most likely follow back. After you get over AT LEAST 100 followers, (best is around 1000) then rename it your YouTube channel and start posting stuff about it. You'll get a few more people that way.
