You can get Facebook for Android from the Market, and I believe it has a pretty good widget for your home screen.
You could also try doing a search for "Facebook widget" or just "Facebook" in the market. A lot of apps have screenshots so you can see what they'll look like, and you can pick and choose which one you like.
