The korean drama is about 3 childhood friends. 2 guys and 1 girl. One of the guys gets together with the girl growing up, but one day all of a sudden disappeared. The girl had a child unknown to her boyfriend and the other friend took it and raised the kid. Years later, the friend found the child's father working as a teacher. He tells him that he thinks this is his son, but then later finds out that its not his son and he's actually the child of a wealthy man.
I've never seen this drama, but this is the description my friend gave me and he wants to find out.

It is based on the manga (japanese comic book) Hana Yori Dango which had a korean/Japanese/Taiwanese/and Chinese Adaption: Boys Over Flowers and Meteor Garden, etc...I am hoping for the american show success! please check out the sites and leave your input! =)
