I'm not certain of what you are asking. Are you looking to send feed alerts directly to the Facebook group from the organization's website? Or are you looking to direct traffic to the Facebook group?
If you are looking to direct viewers to the group, I'd recommend placing a nice-looking button somewhere. Like, "Follow us on Facebook!"
To find out how you can actually get the website and Facebook to communicate, though, I would read up on Facebook's API: http://developers.facebook.com/
