Its hard to imagine (since its black and white) but by imagining it I think it would be green eyes.
I've seen a lot of artwork like that and I always thought the best was green.
Its also your opinion try them both and see which one you like.

Brown for subtlety/warmth. Green for sparkle/glow. I have no experience whatsoever so take my suggestion with a grain of salt. Personally, I think brown since green might standout a bit too much.
